I am trying to use this webcam for video conferencing, but the mic is too faint. How can I turn it off so I can use the mic on my computer? Also, is there a way to zoom out?

i have a question. the webcame doesnt work. i mean i can turn on the lights but the camera dont want to work. and also im using a mac. so its not realy a questions i just want you to tell me how to make the camera work.
