What is HAVIT Online

HAVIT Online (Prohavit.com) is an eCommerce site built and own by HAVIT, and it sells HAVIT’s PC & Mobile electronic products. HAVIT Online is another attempt of ours to reach more customers out there and to provide customized and one-stop shopping experience for our customers.

How much does shipping cost? And how long does it takes?

Shipping is free of charge. Depending on the "Ship to" option you choose on the product page, we will ship from your country domestically, or ship from our warehouse in China. If there's no "Ship to" option in the product page, it means we will ship internationally. We will provide more shipping options in the future.

Are the tax and tariff covered in the product price?

As there are different tax and tariff regulations in different countries, tax and tariff are not covered in the product price, and you may have to pay for them. For international orders, you don’t need to pay for them up front, and you will only need to pay for them if the carrier ask you to when the product arrives. We will try our best to help you minimize the tax costs.

What if I need to return products ordered on HAVIT Online?

If your order is within the 30 days of delivery, you can ask for returning the product and get a refund. Please refer to this page.

Do I need to register an account before placing order?

No you don’t, however, we suggest you register one, because it will be easier to purchase and manage your orders, also we may have member-only promotion in the future.
