My favourite key board so far
I've used mechanical keyboards with a number of different cherry mx keys, and found I prefer the lighter keys. I also liked the idea of not needing to press them so far, and wanted a nice quiet keyboard for my office.I'm very satisfied with this keyboard. It's surprisingly nice to type on, somehow feels soft but very responsive. I think I can also type a little bit faster than I have with any other keyboard.

Very high quality keyboard
I am using the keyboard from the day I have received it and I am very satisfied from the quality and the performance.
I've tried many mechanical keyboard and none of them seem to suit me. Either they are not good to type on, or they are not good for gaming. This board is the best one I've ever used, so much so, I bought one for work too. The low profile keys make such a big difference with a short press, typing on one of these is really enhanced. At home the quick response is excellent for gaming. Don't hesitate, buy one today (I was not paid to write this review by the way)

I really love this keyboard. The RGB functions are so much fun to play with, and the keyboard is extremely comfortable, typing on it feels very fast. Thank you for creating a low profile red switch keyboard:)
The white light on Print Screen indicates the activation of “Game Mode”, which allows you to use programmed keys and lock Win key. You can turn them off by pressing FN + Print Screen / Win key
The “Game Mode” allows you to lock the Win key, and use the programmed keys programmed by the driver. You can activate and deactivate Game Mode by pressing FN + Print Screen, or do so in the driver.

While this product does not require a driver to run, it is recommended to install the driver to get extra features. You can either install the driver with the provided CD, or download it from http://www.havit.hk/downloads/
Please try the following methods to solve your problem:
1. If you are using USB devices (keyboard or mouse, for example) on your desktop PC, please plug in the device with the USB ports on the back of the PC, instead with the front ones.
2. Please use the device on a different computer to see if the problem happens on different computers as well. If the problem is solved on the other computer, then the problem has to do with your original computer itself.
3. If none of these method works, please contact us.
