Good but bluetooth doesn’t work for my phone

Every good mouse and keyboard sounds every nice and the lights are very awesome but bluetooth doesn’t work on my phone or computer.

Good but mouse has some struggles

The Keyboard Works really well except for bluetooth won't connect but I think its my computer that struggles with bluetooth but the mouse has issues. I have to jiggle the cord for 30 minutes just to get it to connect (with the cord ) then when it finally does the mouse flashes on for a split second and turns off then I have to find every cord angle just to get it to connect. I know for a fact this is not my computer doing this.
